Workpower has established a number of divisions, all with the ultimate objective of improving the lives of people with disability and people with mental illness.  Our five main divisions are:
 
Hard workers at Qualipac Plus
Qualipac Plus  - our supported employment service, specialising in blister packaging,  general packaging and light manufacturing work.  Qualipac Plus currently employs 230 people with disability and people with mental illness at four sites across Perth.  We will soon be extending our services into Maddington and Mandurah.  We have a large number of commercial customers who  provide a good variety of work for our employees with disability. 


EMS – is comprised of three sub-divisions – EMS Plant Production which is our commercial nursery specialising in the supply of WA native pants; EMS Environmental which is our environmental consultancy division specialising in wetland rehabilitation; and EMS Property Services which provides commercial property care services to businesses across Perth.  

 
Aspire Employment – our open employment division, which helps people with disability and people with mental illness to secure work in mainstream businesses.  Aspire Employment have developed partnerships with many Perth businesses, who provide ongoing support through their employment of people with disability.

GreenApple Mental Health Services – is comprised of:

  • Mental Health First Aid and Youth Mental Health First Aid training, through our specialist training service GreenApple Development.
  • Respite programs for people with mental illness through GreenApple Mental Health Respite
  • Respite programs for people with intellectual disability through Explore Traveller

Explore Leisure is our alternatives to employment program and post school options program for people with disability, providing a range of programs to help develop skills, increase independence and foster community inclusion.
