Workpower established and becomes an incorporated body to provide supported employment opportunites for approximately 200 people. Today, Workpower assists 284 people in supported employment, 112 people in open employment and provides alternatives to employment, respite and mental health services.

Funding secured to establish transition from supported employment to open employment for people with disability. Funding was eventually expanded and formed Aspire Employment (formerly Intergrated Employment Services - IES). Today, Aspire assists 112 people find and maintain employment.

Ecosystem Management Services (EMS) was established to provide opportunities to a small group of employees with disability. Today, this successful business is simply known as EMS and has expanded to include environmental and property services in Noranda, Forrestdale, Middle Swan and all over metro and regional WA.
2005
GreenApple Development is established to provide mental health first aid training to the government and corporate sector, its aims to promote the awareness of mental health in the community. Today, GreenApple has expanded its services and is known as GreenApple Mental Health Services. It offers respite services, training and consultancy and professional services including counselling.
2005
Workpower re-brands its corporate logo and accompanying divisional logos.
2006
Explore Leisure, Workpower's Alternatives to Employment service is established for 31 participants. Today Explore Leisure is pre-qualified under the state funding system and members of the community can access the program.
2008
Explore Traveller and Explore Lifestyle, Workpower's respite services to carers of people with intellectual disability and carers of people with mental illness, is established.
