To be eligible for supported employment with Workpower you must:

• Have a disability  

• Be registered by Centrelink

• Meet Workpower’s entry criteria

• Be willing and able to work more than 8 hours per week

• Be motivated to work

• Be willing to learn new skills and apply these to different work tasks

• Be able to work within a supported work environment

• Be able to maintain behaviour and personal care standards appropriate to a working environment

• Be able to access appropriate support networks in the community that assists you and our staff to maintain your employment

• Be willing to participate in developing an Individual Employment Plan
