Native Plant Nursery Perth

Workpower’s native plant nursery in Perth supplies wholesale native plants WA projects rely on for commercial landscaping, mine rehabilitation and land management, carbon off-set projects, revegetation and environmental works.

Since 1993, our wholesale nursery has propagated and grown high-quality nursery stock for projects across Western Australia, with a focus on WA natives found on the Swan Coastal Plain. We grow more than 1.2 million plants each year and our nursery practices are accredited through the Nursery Industry Accreditation Scheme Australia.

We supply commercial customers who need reliable plant supply, forward ordering, contract growing and practical support for project delivery.

WA native tube stock and plant varieties

We grow over 150 varieties of native Australian plants, including:

  • WA native tube stock

  • Rushes and sedges

  • Local provenance propagated plants

  • Commercial landscaping plants

Our plants are grown for commercial, environmental and landscaping projects where plant quality, timing and site suitability are important.

Why local provenance matters

Local provenance plants are grown from seed or plant material collected from a specific local area. For revegetation, rehabilitation and environmental projects, this can help support plants that are better suited to local soil, rainfall and site conditions.

For councils, consultants and contractors, using local provenance plants can also support project requirements where species selection, traceability and ecological suitability are important.

Forward orders and contract growing

Due to increased industry demand, we recommend placing forward orders as early as possible to help secure supply for the following season.

All orders are subject to availability at the time of request.

For landscaping plants in our 140mm range, forward orders and contract-grown plants generally require a lead time of approximately 3 to 9 months.

We also maintain additional landscaping plant stock throughout the year. Please contact our nursery team to ask about current availability.

Commercial plant delivery across Western Australia

We offer plant delivery services and recommend booking deliveries at least one week in advance.

Additional notice may be required during the winter months due to increased demand.

For time-sensitive projects, please include your plant requirements, quantities, preferred timing and delivery location when you contact us. Our team can advise what is currently available and suggest suitable alternatives where possible.
