Plan Your Path Forward with Workpower's School Programs
Leaving school is a big and exciting step.
Our School Programs are for students in Years 9-12, helping you explore your options, build useful skills, and transition confidently into further learning or employment.
We partner with you, your school, your family, and your support network to carve a pathway that suits your interests, focusing on building your strengths and achieving your goals. We have adapted our Learn, Work, and Life programs specially for school-aged customers.
Our Learn Programs
Our Learn programs use digitally-based video and virtual reality to support school students with disability to build skills and confidence for the future.
These programs focus on:
WORK: developing the essential skills needed for employment, such as teamwork, communication, and problem-solving, which can lead to work experience and ongoing jobs.
LIFE: helping you gain confidence with practical skills like handling money, budgeting, navigating public transport, and staying safe online.
These programs create pathways to work experience, further skills development, or supported employment.

How we work with you
Throughout our three-step process, we:
DESIGN YOUR SERVICE
Get to know you, understand your support requirements and work together to identify your goals.
PLAN YOUR SUPPORTS
Based on your goals, we will work with you and your support network to develop a program that breaks your goals into small, achievable steps. We then put together a plan to work together to achieve these, one step at a time.
ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS
We build on each step of the plan to achieve your goals and ensure you always have a choice and control over your supports. Once you have achieved your goal, we look to the next one while maintaining the skills and confidence you have developed.
