Participant Notification – NDIS Pricing Changes Effective 1 July 2026

The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) has released the NDIS Pricing Schedule 2026–27, effective from 1 July 2026. The schedule sets the maximum prices that registered NDIS providers can charge for supports and services.

In line with the updated pricing schedule and your existing Service Agreement with Workpower, the price of some supports you receive may increase from 1 July 2026. Any changes will only apply to the relevant supports and will not exceed the maximum prices set by the NDIA.

Impact on your NDIS funding

The NDIA has also updated the funding amounts used for the affected support categories in participant plans. As a result, if your plan includes these supports, your available funding is generally adjusted to reflect the new pricing.

This means the annual pricing update is not expected to reduce the quantity of support funded under your plan. If you have any questions about how these changes affect your individual plan or budget, please contact us.

What this means for you

·       Your supports and services will continue as agreed.

·       Any applicable price changes apply from 1 July 2026.

·       Charges will remain within the NDIA's pricing limits.

·       Funding for affected support categories is generally adjusted to reflect the new pricing.

·       No action is required unless you would like to discuss the changes.
