Bailey recognised with TLC Award
Well done Bailey!
Workpower customer Bailey has been recognised for consistently demonstrating teamwork, leadership and commitment across Workpower’s sport, recreation and classroom activities, now enshrined as the second-ever winner of the TLC Award.
The Bi-Annual TLC Award celebrates customers who set a positive example for others, give their best effort and contribute to the success of the group. Bailey was selected after his participation and progress were considered over the course of the past six months
Throughout the program, Bailey has taken part in activities including touch football, rugby union, cricket, soccer, hockey and rowing, and opportunities to build confidence and positive relationships.
The award recognises three important values:
Teamwork
Working well with others, supporting teammates and contributing to group success.
Leadership
Setting a positive example and encouraging others to do their best.
Commitment
Participating regularly, giving consistent effort and showing a strong desire to improve.
Bailey demonstrated all three values week after week. His positive attitude, participation and support for others made him a deserving recipient of the TLC Award.
Bailey, who is deaf, attends the program with an interpreter, who shared with him the good news. His smile showed how much the recognition meant to him.
Congratulations, Bailey, on this well-earned achievement.
