Viv Rice wins 2025 Disability & Healthcare Services Employee of the Year

Workpower proudly celebrates Viv Rice, named the 2025 Disability & Healthcare Services Employee of the Year at the KBCCI Goldfields Business Awards.

As Business Manager at Workpower Kalgoorlie, Viv leads the team at our Kalgoorlie Hub. She also delivers the Job Ready Program in partnership with the Eastern Goldfields Education Support Centre, coordinates our school holiday program, and often spends weekends supporting customers with their microenterprises.

The judges recognised Viv as a quiet achiever who is deeply committed to helping supported employees reach their goals. With experience across all levels of the business, she leads with humility and kindness—always seeking creative solutions and new opportunities that strengthen our organisation’s sustainability. Above all, her caring approach empowers people with disability to thrive—not just in employment, but in life.
