Rockingham Team Crafts Community Connection for Local School
Our talented team at the Workpower Rockingham social enterprise has showcased their exceptional craftsmanship by designing and building a custom outdoor table for the Rockingham Beach Primary School Education Support Centre.
The new garden furniture, proudly handcrafted in our timber workshop, has been delivered to the school, providing a wonderful new space for students and staff to enjoy. The school is thrilled with the high-quality result, which was designed to perfectly suit their outdoor area.
This project is a fantastic example of our mission in action. It provides our supported employees with a meaningful opportunity to use their professional skills, creating high-quality products that directly benefit our local community.
The team behind the project included supported employees Joel Woodbridge, Charles Worley, and Tom Lean, who worked alongside their Support Coach, Jeff Riddle. Their hard work and attention to detail were central to the project's success.
At Workpower, we are proud to partner with community organisations like Rockingham Beach Primary School to deliver solutions that make a real difference.
